We're on a mission to help organisations thrive during periods of change and innovation.
We put your strategy into motion with the fast-paced assembly of highly skilled delivery teams.
Our engagement delivery managers work with you to define the deliverables that will get your project over the line, via our robust Statements of Work (SoWs).
Then it's our job to oversee the delivery, keeping teams on track and making sure KPIs are met.
The perfect match
We find exactly the skills and experience you need, however rare. What’s our secret? Award-winning sister company William Alexander Recruitment.
Skin in the game
You’ll only pay us the final part of our costs when we have completed the agreed outcomes. It’s a surefire way to keep us focused and accountable.
Accept no substitutes
We don’t carry the overhead of a permanent bench of consultants who risk being rotated onto other projects. You get the A-team for the duration of the engagement.
Fast as Usain
We take it as given that you need your team in place yesterday. It typically takes us 7-10 days from your request to have our associates signed up. Compliance checks and getting IT sorted can be done in 3 days.
Built-in project champion
Our engagement delivery managers check in with the team, keep them focused on the agreed SoW, make sure they’re happy and nip any performance management issues in the bud.
Scale up, scale down
Maintain maximum flexibility. Project finished ahead of schedule? No need to pay anyone to sit twiddling their thumbs. Project scope expanded? We’ll get more people deployed. Quickly.
Typically, we receive 80% of our costs on the basis of time and materials (T&M), with the remaining 20% only paid on successful achievement of agreed deliverables. This element of risk is one of the ways we ensure our engagements are outside IR35. Clients love the focus and accountability this gives our teams.
And when we asked some of our associates why they love working with Stellarmann, they agreed that the clarity and transparency around what's expected of them is a real motivator.
William Alexander Recruitment
Our sister company William Alexander was born in 2010 and has consistently been ranked as one of the most successful recruitment agencies in the country since then. They have been placed in Recruiter Magazine's Hot100 for the last nine years, out of 40,000 agencies in the UK.
Their impressive reach includes the most in-demand contractors working in IT and business transformation today.
Our delivery teams genuinely care about what's happening in our associates' lives, checking in regularly on their wellbeing and making sure they feel supported. This removes the need for time consuming line management by client-side project leaders.
Being a consultant can be lonely. Our associates have an active community where they can meet up socially, network and learn about other people's experiences. This keeps their knowledge up to date and gives them an instant expert pool to ask questions of.
Clients and associates dislike lengthy, bureaucratic processes that hold up start dates. Sometimes it can be enough to make one or the other walk away. Similarly, nothing is more guaranteed to pee off a team than late payment or complicated timesheet approval. Our excellent internal systems and processes make sure associates are not distracted by admin.

How we kick off your engagement
How we kick off your engagement
Whether you're reviewing your delivery partners, planning your next change programme or have an urgent need to build a team, here's how to get started with Stellarmann.
Tell us what's causing you a headache. Can't find the specialist skills you need? Internal teams unable to accommodate transformation projects quickly enough? Existing consultancies churning staff and costing too much? Traditional recruitment processes too long and bureaucratic? IR35 policy hindering access to the best talent?
We'll then help shape your change agenda and the scope of services we can provide.
We work with your legal and procurement teams to agree a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Draft Statements of Work (SoWs) are produced to shape the services and define outcomes and deliverables.
In partnership with sister company William Alexander Recruitment, Stellarmann will build your bespoke team. We conduct all IR35 assessments and issue Status Determination Statements before onboarding is completed, including security checks, sorting IT hardware and system access.
Our Engagement Delivery Manager will conduct monthly or quarterly service reviews with you and report on performance against KPIs. They are responsible for reviewing and refining the SoWs and making sure your team is on course to achieve their deliverables. They also have regular one-to-ones with associates to check in on wellbeing, discuss any issues and uncover any risks.
