Because many of our contracts are outside of IR35, we can offer very attractive day rates. What's more, because your pay is typically made up of 80% time and materials, and 20% dependent on meeting your agreed deliverables, you'll find yourself magically more motivated than in traditional contract roles.
Once your engagement has started, your delivery manager will be on hand to answer any questions that pop up. Whilst they will check how you're progressing towards your deliverables, if you ask nicely, they may also give you their latest Netflix recommendation.
Finally, our legendary social events, where you get the chance to network with your fellow associates, have recently been described as "top notch."
