What do Engagement Delivery Managers (EDMs) do?

Group Head of Marketing

Our A-Team of engagement delivery managers (EDMs) work with the account directors at Stellarmann and the end client, to shape an associate service need, whether that's new or an extension.

The EDM will then build the Statement of Work (SoW), articulate the deliverables for each associate, and operate as a point of contact/escalation for both client and associate.

The EDM is the first line of support for associates when it comes to contracts and getting set up before you start a new role. When you're actively working for the end client, EDMs are available at any time if you have questions. They are famous for being super quick to answer as well.

You can rely on your EDM to understand your contract and deliverables, as well as how to navigate internal Stellarmann processes, including month end, timesheets, deliverables, expenses etc. EDMs also facilitate extensions in service where applicable.

Your EDM will get together with you face to face (or screen to screen if you're remote) every six weeks during your contract. They'll check in on work/life balance, deliverables, risks/issues and general programme updates. There is also a chance they'll swap Netflix recommendations with you if you ask nicely.

The EDM and Solutions & Delivery team will have regular contact with client stakeholders to facilitate 360 feedback from both associate and client. In our monthly service reviews, we present reports containing financial and non-financial information, including how we're performing against target KPIs and SLAs.

Ready. Set. Go.
