Earn up to £1,000 when you refer a friend

In a previous life, have you worked alongside a contractor who’s impressed you but hasn't heard of Stellarmann? If you spread the good word about joining us, we’ll give you £1,000 to say thank you when your friend completes the first three months of a new engagement with us, or £500 with our sister company William Alexander.

We can’t hand over the cash if they are already in the application process with us directly for the specific role. But if they’re new to us or new to the engagement in question, the transfer fee is yours! Please read our terms and conditions if in doubt.

What’s more, if you recommend a suitably skilled friend to act as a substitute for you or another Stellarmann associate for up to four weeks, we’ll give you £250.

All you have to do is copy and paste this link (stellarmann.com/referrals) in an email to them, asking them to fill in the form and include your name as the referrer.

FAQs

How do I refer my friend?

Copy and paste this link in an email to them (stellarmann.com/referrals) and remind them to include your name as the person who recommended them. We’ll take it from there. Alternatively, please speak to your regular Stellarmann contact.

Can I refer more than one person?

Absolutely. If you know plenty of good people, we’d like to meet them all.

I’m not working for you at the moment. Can I make a referral?

As long as you have previously worked as an associate for Stellarmann (or William Alexander Consulting before we changed our name) or are part of the professional network of one of our team and are in a current conversation, you can refer a friend and still receive payment from us if they are appointed to a role.

When will I receive the payment?

We’ll pay your referral fee after your friend has completed the first three months of their engagement. Their start date will need to have been agreed within 12 months of the date you introduced them.

How do I claim the payment?

Once your friend has finished the first three months of their engagement, we’ll send you a reminder by email and ask you to submit an invoice for the fee. We’ll then get you paid within 14 days.

You only offered my friend a short term contract. Does the offer still apply?

If we offer your friend a contract for a duration of less than three months, we will pay you £250 for the referral. We should point out that the majority of roles with Stellarmann and William Alexander are longer term though.

I'm working alongside a good person currently. Shall I send them your way?

Thanks but no. We don't want to cause any difficulties or friction for our clients, and persuading contractors away from their current consultancy is not our style.
