REFER A FRIEND SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promoter of this refer-a-friend scheme (the “Scheme”) is Stellarmann Professional Services Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 12015810 and with registered office at 4th Floor Sheridan House, 112-116 Western Road, Hove, England, BN3 1DD (“Stellarmann”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms govern the Scheme and apply to both referrers and friends (both as described below).
Who can make a referral?
This Scheme is open to current or past associates of Stellarmann (formerly William Alexander Consulting) and candidates who have been placed in a role by William Alexander Recruitment at any time. It is also open to candidates who have an existing professional relationship with a member of the Stellarmann or William Alexander team and who are in a current conversation about a potential role or have applied for one in the past.
This scheme is not open to direct employees of Wellcombe Group, Stellarmann or William Alexander.
How to take part
Send your friend a link to https://stellarmann.com/referr... and ask them to complete their details there, including your name as the person who referred them.
Qualifying criteria
To qualify, your friend must be unknown to us and not on our database.
OR
They may be known to us and on our database, but you have recommended them for a specific role for which they are not already in the application process directly.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
This Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Rewards
You will receive £1000 for every friend you refer, when we offer them a Stellarmann engagement and they have agreed a start date within 12 months of the date you referred them to us, and once they have successfully completed the first three months of the engagement.
You will receive £500 for every friend you refer who we offer a permanent or contract role to via William Alexander and they have agreed a start date within 12 months of the date you referred them to us, and where they remain in post for three months or longer.
You will receive £250 for every friend you refer who we offer a Stellarmann engagement to and they have agreed a start date within 12 months of the date you referred them to us, where the engagement is for less than three months and the friend is a suitably skilled, short term substitute for yourself or another associate.
Referral fees will be paid into your nominated bank account within 14 days of us receiving your invoice. We will send you a reminder to send us your invoice when your friend has completed three months of their contract. The fee is only payable for one engagement or role per friend and does not apply if they start a subsequent engagement or role with us within the 12 month qualifying period.
Terms
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Stellarmann’s privacy notice.
Stellarmann reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or amend the Scheme and/or review and revise these terms at any time without giving prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be published on Stellarmann’s website.
Stellarmann will withhold rewards if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. All decisions made by Stellarmann are final.
Stellarmann reserves the right to refuse to apply this Scheme and/or to send a reward to anyone in breach of these terms or where their contract is in dispute.
