Earn £5,000 when you introduce us to a new client

Do you know an organisation in insurance, financial services, pharma, energy, technology or beyond who could do with some Stellarmann magic sprinkled on their IT or change programme?

Perhaps you’ve got a colleague who is struggling to find the right blend of skills for their project team? Or is using a traditional consultancy who are too expensive for project delivery? Maybe you know a change manager who doesn't have the bandwidth to pull a team together and simply wants to outsource the solution design and delivery to a trusted consultancy partner?

Recommend Stellarmann and we’ll give you £5,000 when the engagement goes live

Introduce your Stellarmann representative to the client, and as long as we haven’t had a meeting with their organisation in the last six months, and they appoint us within 12 months of the introduction, we’ll pay you £5,000.

FAQs

How do I introduce the client?

Introduce your Stellarmann or William Alexander representative to the client via email and we’ll take it from there. Your name will be logged as the introducer and your fee will be paid if we successfully win the business.

Is there a minimum size of client you will work with?

Most Stellarmann clients are fast growth SMEs, or smaller corporates. But there is no minimum spend with us before your introductory fee would be payable.

I’ve got someone in mind, but they’re not in the sectors you mention above.

No problem. Our network of change specialists is one of the widest and deepest in consulting. If we can help, and put the right team together for your client, we’d love to work with them. And you’d still receive the referral fee of course.

Can I introduce more than one person?

Absolutely. We like to think that many organisations could benefit from our service. We’ll pay you £5,000 for each one we start working with.

I’m not working for you at the moment. Can I make a referral?

As long as you have previously worked as an associate for Stellarmann (or William Alexander Consulting before we changed our name), or as a candidate/contractor for William Alexander Recruitment, you can introduce a client and still receive payment from us if we win the business.

When will I receive the payment?

We’ll pay your introductory fee within a month of the first associate starting their engagement with the client, as long as that’s within 12 months of you making the introduction.

How do I claim the payment?

Once the first associate has started their engagement with the client, we’ll remind you to send us an invoice or create a self-service invoice on your behalf. This will be payable within 14 days.
