INTRODUCE A CLIENT SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promoter of this introduce-a-client scheme (the “Scheme”) is Stellarmann Professional Services Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 12015810 and with registered office at 4th Floor Sheridan House, 112-116 Western Road, Hove, England, BN3 1DD (“Stellarmann”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms govern the Scheme and apply to both introducers and colleagues (both as described below).
Who can make an introduction?
This Scheme is open to current or past associates of Stellarmann (formerly William Alexander Consulting) and candidates who have been placed in a permanent or contract role by William Alexander Recruitment at any time.
This scheme is not open to direct employees of Wellcombe Group, Stellarmann or William Alexander.
How to take part
Introduce your Stellarmann or William Alexander representative to your named contact within the client organisation by email.
Qualifying criteria
To qualify, any employee of the client organisation must not have had a new business meeting with any representative of Stellarmann in the last six months. The meeting may have been by video call or face to face. Telephone conversations are not included.
There is no limit to the number of organisations you can introduce.
This Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Rewards
You will receive £5,000 for every organisation you introduce to Stellarmann who appoint us to a live engagement within 12 months of the referral. There is no minimum client spend.
Referral fees will be paid into your nominated bank account within one month of the start date of the first associate to the new engagement. You will receive a reminder that the fee is due with details of how to send us an invoice.
Terms
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Stellarmann’s privacy notice available here.
Stellarmann reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or amend the Scheme and/or review and revise these terms at any time without giving prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be published on Stellarmann’s website.
Stellarmann will withhold rewards if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. All decisions made by Stellarmann are final.
Stellarmann reserves the right to refuse to apply this Scheme and/or to send a reward to anyone in breach of these terms or where their contract is in dispute.
