How we kick off your engagement
Whether you're reviewing your delivery partners, planning your next change programme or have an urgent need to build a team, here's how to get started with Stellarmann.
1. Discovery
Tell us what's causing you a headache. Can't find the specialist skills you need? Internal teams unable to accommodate transformation projects quickly enough? Existing consultancies churning staff and costing too much? Traditional recruitment processes too long and bureaucratic? IR35 policy hindering access to the best talent?
We'll then help shape your change agenda and the scope of services we can provide.
2. Design
We work with your legal and procurement teams to agree a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Draft Statements of Work (SoWs) are produced to shape the services and define outcomes and deliverables.
3. Delivery
In partnership with sister company William Alexander, Stellarmann will build your bespoke team. We conduct all IR35 assessments and issue Status Determination Statements before onboarding is completed, including security checks, sorting IT hardware and system access.
4. Embed
Our Engagement Delivery Manager will conduct monthly or quarterly service reviews with you and report on performance against KPIs. They are responsible for reviewing and refining the SoWs and making sure your team is on course to achieve their deliverables. They also have regular one-to-ones with associates to check in on wellbeing, discuss any issues and uncover any risks.
