With a tonne of experience in people management, plus stints in professional services environments, Becky is perfectly placed to develop our people strategy.

She is responsible for workforce planning, resourcing and talent planning, learning and development, performance and rewards, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion.

In order to tickle my brain outside of work, I am currently studying to become a certified interior designer. I love anything creative, my style is maximalism all the way!

Our own Shirley Ballas

I danced a mixture of genres from the age of three, up to my early twenties. Latin American was my favourite.

My ethos
