Will has been providing project and people-based solutions since 2005.

With his buddy Alex, he founded William Alexander in 2010 and Stellarmann in 2020. He is responsible for creating the vision, values and strategy for the company and for increasing sales and revenue. He gets the biggest kick from long term, fruitful relationships and watching people grow.

Proudest achievements

Quitting a dead end job, paying my way through university and graduating in business information management. I’m also moved to hear how our contributions via the William Alexander Fund have helped people in less fortunate positions.

Work hard play hard

I am a natural grafter but am happiest doing nothing whatsoever. My friends hear me say “while you’re up” all the time. Cold beer just tastes better when someone else brings it to you.

Book that inspired me

Black box thinking by Matthew Syed. I love the idea that anyone can be anything with practice. By practicing, failing, evaluating and going again, we can be whatever we want to be.
